Additional information before being validated.

Due to the recent attacks, we will now be validating people by their IPs. What this means is that once you come onto the forums for validation, we will check your IP for any known (and some unknown) VPN and proxy providers. If you are found to be using a VPN, proxy, or other types of IP masking, we will simply blacklist your IP, the VPN provider, ban you, and deny you.
