Getting more validations done faster/Promotions

I would greatly suggest aquiring a new rank of people in which this rank and ones above it have the ability to make validations. It kinda sucks waiting a few days on a server in which you cant build, destroy anything, and you have to rely on others. I would also suggest that we need to give more abilities to police, the rank above citizens i believe. As far as i know, Police are just citizens with a blue cool looking name tag. I believe aquiring this things would improve the server/servers. I haven't been with the system long, heck only for a day, but I have noticed that these things need to be fixed, So i wonder what else i will find with time to come.
