I want/need to join your server!

Hi,
My username/real name is Neikun,
I decided to join this server because it's actually realistic, the rules are fair and the neighborhood is great. I also wanted to go on a server where people could actually help others.
Overall, I think this server is great! I'm not known as a griefer or a burglar. I am 110% honest and trusted player and I'll always follow the owner's orders as long they are reasonable and not stupid. I also like to assist other players and I like building, not destroying. If you don't add me, I'll be bored!
