IM IN NEED OF ASSISTANCE

i get into the server but then a message pops up saying fly was not enabled when i didnt even use fly i need real help if u use team veiwer please help

okay im new i registered and i dont know what website or download i need to play i used the mine craft officail lauch and when i get into the server:i see no blocks tells me to log in but 5 seconds later kicks me out saying fly has been enabled i fall to me death with no bricks at all to save me the respawn choice this happen everytime i need help i do use team veiwer if u want to see what i see admin or good players who know what there doing please help

I am aware of this issue and am trying my absolute best to fix it.
